Katie is a wonderfully warm, inspiring and supportive teacher. It was such a pleasure to host such a talented artist and friend at Artinfusio this past weekend. Everyone was so excited and produced amazing work. The energy in the room and space was infectious!

For over 25 years I have been combining my love for photography and my love for painting into one. There is something about the black and white image that creates mystery and tells a story. In this class we will use our own black and white photographs along with paint, pastels and words to create several mixed media paintings. Techniques learned will include – composition, painting skills, layout, background, and detail. We will use words, poetry and song lyrics to inspire us. Have Courage, Be Brave, Embark on your Journey!
NO PRIOR PAINTING EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
