Maitri Journal

I decided to start a new journal today based on spiritual practice.  I have been feeling like I am in flux lately - like treading water and have sought out the words and inspiration of

Pema Chodron a Buddhist nun. 

So this morning I created two journal pages based on her teachings and on my words for today ~

Maitri ~ Sanskrit word for loving kindness towards oneself

Bodhichitta ~ Awakened Heart

So then I became rather inspired and decided to create a new journal as a devotional study. 

So here is a little video walking tour of my latest efforts ...
